You are solely responsible for your access to, and use of, the website. You agree not to share your user ID and password with any other person. If you discover that your user ID and/or password has been compromised, you are responsible for notifying The Designer Genes Co. so that we can protect your account and reset your credentials.

TEST KITS POLICY
For any test kits provided as part of your course, The Designer Genes Co. will replace lost or damaged kits. However, we disclaim any liability for kits lost or damaged due to circumstances beyond our control, such as shipping errors or misuse by the customer.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Tennessee. Any dispute shall be resolved in state or federal courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee. The prevailing party in any legal action will be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs.
