When does Biome Bootcamp open?
Soon. We’re in the final module refresh. The waitlist gets the link the moment doors open — before any public announcement.
What does it cost?
$299, one-time. We’ll occasionally run promos for the list — but no need to wait, the price holds.
Do I need Body by Design® for this to work?
No. Biome Bootcamp is a complete standalone protocol. It’s designed to work universally on the microbiome and metabolism. If you eventually want personalized DNA-based programming, BBD® is the natural next step — but it’s not required.
Do I need DNA testing to do Biome Bootcamp?
No. The protocol stands on its own. Many members use it as their on-ramp into the deeper DNA work inside Body by Design®.
How structured is the protocol?
The Commensal Push is days 1–4 and is highly structured. The Four-Week Before phase (days 5–28) is day-by-day with meal plans and shopping lists. After that, BBD Flex is a flexible rhythm you carry forward — structured enough to follow, flexible enough to live with.
